What you'll do

Plan, coordinate, and execute collective Mission Command training for various unit sizes.
Develop training methods, curriculum, lectures, and computer-based training aids based on client specifications.
Identify training gaps in resources or equipment and work with management to fill them before execution.
Update training support packages and maintain a comprehensive repository of relevant TTPs.
Integrate Live, Virtual, Constructive, Gaming, and Mission Command (LVCG+MC) elements within training environments.
Provide over-the-shoulder training and simulation support within assigned Functional Areas.
Schedule facilities, services, and systems required for planned training events.

What we're looking for

Must be a US Citizen.
Must currently possess an Interim Secret security clearance and be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
Must have a BA/BS degree or equivalent years of relevant experience.
Must have 5+ years of related experience.
Must have expert knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in the delivery of training programs.
Must have expert knowledge of relevant technology or subject matter.
Must possess skills in coaching, training needs assessment, and training techniques.
Must have demonstrated effective presentation and communication skills.
