Total Quality Manager – Enterprise Data Products leads a team focused on building and maturing a modern Total Quality Management function for the organization's data platform and product ecosystem. This role is responsible for embedding quality, governance, and compliance practices across the full lifecycle of enterprise data products to ensure consistency, reliability, and operational readiness. The manager will develop scalable quality frameworks, manage formal review processes, oversee control testing including SOX reviews, and define metrics like dashboards and KPIs to measure performance. Key responsibilities include managing daily operations, mentoring staff, and coordinating with internal groups such as Data Governance and IT Compliance. The role requires a candidate with a degree in a computer-related field, over ten years of diversified IT experience, and at least three years of leadership experience to solve complex data integrity challenges.
Build and mature a modern Total Quality Management (TQM) framework for enterprise data products.
Define and manage formal quality reviews, control designs, and documentation across the data lifecycle.
Establish standard templates, testing strategies, and reusable validation artifacts to ensure product compliance.
Oversee the design and execution of controls, including SOX reviews and periodic self-testing.
Develop dashboards and KPIs to measure data quality, control performance, and compliance posture.
Manage daily team operations, including recruitment, mentoring, and professional development for staff.
Lead cross-functional review forums to identify gaps and verify adherence to best practices before production.
Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of technology systems through consistent monitoring.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or another computer-related field is required.
10+ years of diversified IT experience is required.
3+ years of experience leading professional staff is required.
Experience building and maturing a Total Quality Management (TQM) function for data products is required.
Ability to develop and manage quality frameworks, testing strategies, and compliance monitoring for enterprise data.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage the full lifecycle of data product development.
Strong skills in strategic planning, business acumen, and results-driven leadership are required.
Proficiency in data-driven decision making and digital awareness is required.
