The Thermal Senior Principal Engineer joins the Thermal Engineering team within the Infrastructure Solutions Group to deliver innovative, compliant thermal design solutions for AI, Cloud, High Performance Computing, Edge computing, and enterprise networking products. You will evaluate architected products for thermal feasibility, develop thermal solutions including heat sinks, cold plates, air movers, and thermal interface materials, and own key thermal ingredient roadmaps.
