JOB TITLE: Test Data Mgmt / Sr App Development Engineer - VP joins the Test Data Management team to build and maintain essential tools for scrum teams. As a Senior Application Developer, you will serve as a full stack engineer designing, building, and supporting modern web applications that provide self-service test data capabilities. Your daily work involves developing scalable microservices, designing RESTful APIs, and creating user-friendly interfaces to automate the provisioning and management of test data accounts. You will utilize Java, Spring Boot, React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, and SQL Server within an API-first, microservices-based architecture. Key responsibilities include contributing to automated CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, performing relational data modeling, and modernizing internal toolsets to solve complex data management problems at a massive scale for the organization.

What you'll do

  • Design, build, and support modern web applications using React, Java, and Spring Boot.
  • Develop scalable, secure microservices and document RESTful APIs.
  • Implement automated processes for provisioning and managing test data accounts.
  • Consolidate and modernize internal toolsets to improve organizational workflow efficiency.
  • Write robust unit and integration tests and participate in regular code reviews.
  • Contribute to automated CI/CD pipelines for building, testing, and deploying applications.
  • Perform standard test data management functions to ensure data reliability and availability.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack web application development.
  • Strong backend development experience with Java and Spring Boot, including REST APIs, security, performance, and scalability.
  • Strong front-end development experience with React, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.
  • Solid understanding of API design and microservices architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL Server and relational data modeling.
  • Proficiency with GitHub workflows and practical experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Node.js, Docker, Kubernetes, or automated testing frameworks (preferred).
