What you'll do

Manage Okta configurations including lifecycle policies, access reviews, MFA enforcement, and automated workflows.
Manage endpoint configurations using Iru or Kandji with a focus on policy-as-code and version control.
Build and maintain automation to reduce repetitive support tasks and manual workloads.
Evaluate, deploy, and support AI tools to improve company-wide productivity.
Manage SaaS procurement and renewals for all systems owned by the TechOps team.
Administer core company platforms including Google Workspace, Linear, Slack, and Okta.
Partner with Engineering, Security, and GTM teams on cross-functional infrastructure projects.

What we're looking for

Must have 3+ years of experience supporting a large fleet of macOS devices.
Experience with mobile device management for Apple devices using tools like Iru, Intune, or Workspace One.
Experience with configuration as code, such as Terraform.
Proficiency in Bash or Python scripting.
Experience leveraging AI tools like Claude Code or Codex to improve solution quality and efficiency.
Experience managing major central business and development systems including Google Workspace and Slack.
Experience using ticketing platforms such as Linear or Jira.
