Information Systems Engineer

What you'll do

• Design and maintain secure, scalable IT infrastructure across SaaS, cloud, and endpoint environments.
• Administer and optimize core platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft 365, Jamf, and Intune.
• Manage cloud infrastructure touchpoints across AWS, Azure, and GCP to ensure secure system integration.
• Build and maintain automation scripts in Python, Bash/Zsh, and PowerShell to eliminate manual IT processes.
• Develop automated onboarding and offboarding workflows for device provisioning and SaaS account lifecycles.
• Troubleshoot and maintain office networks using Meraki and unified network stacks for reliable connectivity.
• Lead IT projects from end-to-end planning and design through implementation, testing, and documentation.
• Serve as a technical escalation point and mentor junior engineers on systems administration and automation.

What we're looking for

• Strong hands-on experience administering SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft 365, Jamf, and Intune.
• Experience in system administration across macOS and Windows endpoints using AutoPilot, Intune, and Entra ID.
• Proficiency in scripting with Python, Bash/Zsh, and PowerShell to build automated lifecycle systems.
• Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
• Working knowledge of modern identity protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and SCIM.
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, security professionals, and business stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications such as Google Workspace Admin, CISSP, CompTIA, or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience scaling IT systems in fast-paced, high-growth, or multi-entity environments (preferred).
