Information Systems Engineer

What you'll do

• Design and maintain secure, scalable IT infrastructure across SaaS, cloud, and endpoint environments.
• Administer and optimize core platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft 365, Jamf, and Intune.
• Manage multi-cloud infrastructure touchpoints across AWS, Azure, and GCP to ensure reliable system integration.
• Build automation scripts in Python, Bash/Zsh, and PowerShell to eliminate manual tasks and streamline processes.
• Develop automated onboarding and offboarding workflows for device provisioning and SaaS account lifecycles.
• Troubleshoot and maintain office networks using Meraki and unified network stacks across all locations.
• Serve as a technical escalation point and mentor junior engineers on systems administration and automation.
• Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and runbooks for the broader IT team.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in IT engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in a senior or lead role.
• Experience administering SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft 365, Jamf, and Intune.
• Proficiency in scripting using Python, Bash/Zsh, and PowerShell to automate manual processes.
• Experience managing macOS and Windows endpoints with tools like AutoPilot, Intune, and Entra ID.
• Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
• Knowledge of modern identity protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and SCIM.
• Relevant certifications such as Google Workspace Admin, CISSP, or CompTIA are preferred.
