As a Technology Support III - Application & Infrastructure Support Engineer III (AI-Enabled) within Corporate Technology, you will ensure the operational stability, availability, and performance of production application flows. You will troubleshoot, maintain, and resolve production service interruptions for internally and externally developed systems to provide a seamless user experience. Your daily work involves monitoring production environments for anomalies using observability tools, managing incident, problem, and change management for full stack technology systems, and driving team adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices. You will utilize Python, Terraform, and Kubernetes within a microservices architecture, specifically focusing on AWS EKS and ECS. You must apply enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for incident triage, trend analysis, and code refactoring while ensuring data sensitivity, secure coding, and adherence to ITIL framework processes.
Maintain day-to-day operations of the firm's systems to ensure production stability and availability.
Use enterprise-authorized AI to perform incident triage, trend analysis, and data validation.
Monitor production environments for anomalies using standard observability tools and communicate issues to stakeholders.
Drive team adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices for code review, refactoring, and test acceleration.
Manage incident, problem, and change processes for full-stack technology systems and infrastructure.
Identify recurring interruption patterns to support validated remediation actions aligned with security expectations.
Apply automation capabilities within the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain to improve operational value.
What we're looking for
3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services.
Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support production workflows with strong validation habits and data sensitivity awareness.
Demonstrated experience leading the use of approved AI-assisted software development tools for coding, code review, and troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity, secure handling of inputs/outputs, and coaching others.
Demonstrated knowledge of applications or infrastructure in large-scale technology environments, both on-premises and public cloud.
Experience with observability and monitoring tools and techniques.
Exposure to processes in scope of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework.
Experience with Python, Terraform, and a strong understanding of Kubernetes and microservices architecture.
