Technology Product Owner

What you'll do

• Translate complex business needs into structured requirements, user stories, and process documentation.
• Own and maintain the product backlog to ensure alignment with the strategic roadmap.
• Engage stakeholders across all levels to secure consensus on proposed solutions and end-to-end processes.
• Define and refine epics and user stories to guide engineering teams through agile delivery cycles.
• Analyze complex business and data challenges to create actionable solutions and remove delivery blockers.
• Identify and implement process improvements to simplify operations and enhance technology delivery efficiency.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences to facilitate cross-functional alignment.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to gather, document, and communicate business requirements as user stories, process documents, and presentations.
• Experience managing and prioritizing a product backlog in an agile delivery environment.
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across different functions and levels of seniority.
• Competence in data analysis to support problem-solving and inform business planning decisions.
• Experience collaborating directly with engineering or technology teams to define requirements and resolve implementation challenges.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with strategic roadmap planning and exposure to automation initiatives (preferred).
