Technical Product Owner

What you'll do

• Define product vision, priorities, and OKRs for manufacturing site squads aligned with corporate technology strategy.
• Translate complex manufacturing business problems into technical roadmaps, data strategies, and user experience improvements.
• Manage site financial budgets including 3-year and 5-year plans while ensuring investment alignment with business goals.
• Oversee the development lifecycle by balancing technical feasibility with business value to prioritize features and optimize costs.
• Act as a primary advisor to senior leadership to communicate progress on manufacturing product development and strategic objectives.
• Manage vendor relationships and external partnerships to influence development roadmaps and ensure technology requirements are met.
• Ensure site reliability, cybersecurity compliance, and quality standards during the release of products and platforms.
• Monitor performance metrics to drive continuous optimization and rationalization of local manufacturing technologies.

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree is required.
• A master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or Manufacturing Operations is preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of major IT product design and support in Supply Chain/Manufacturing operations product ownership.
• Project management experience in deploying major IT capabilities across multiple sites is required.
• Experience supporting SAP applications (preferred).
• Experience with MES platforms and integrations is preferred.
• Fluency in English and bilingual skills are required.
• Experience within a GxP environment, SDLC methodologies, and Shared Services IT Operating models is required.
