Technology Director, CBL Data Leader

What you'll do

• Lead and develop a global engineering organization of over 100 resources.
• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the Authorized Data Source platform and cloud modernization.
• Oversee the design and development of secure, scalable, and resilient data solutions.
• Manage a technology portfolio exceeding $20M while optimizing strategic resourcing and workforce planning.
• Ensure all platforms meet data governance, security, availability, and risk management standards.
• Partner with Architecture and CTO teams to align migration priorities with data center exit strategies.
• Drive engineering excellence and continuous improvement across multiple programs to meet regulatory expectations.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of Technology Strategic Leadership experience.
• 4+ years of management or leadership experience.
• 5+ years of Financial Industry experience, specifically within Consumer Banking and Consumer Lending Products.
• 4+ years of Product Management experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in data strategy, data migration, and enterprise data modernization initiatives.
• 4+ years of experience with Cloud technologies including a good understanding of GenAI (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience with Strong Data Governance including implementation using a tool (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at multiple levels ranging from technologists to executive leadership (preferred).
