What we're looking for
Candidates must have a bachelor's or master's degree in a technical program at the time of hire.
Preferred degrees include Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and Software Engineering.
Other technical degrees will be considered if paired with strong coding experience and exposure to software development principles (preferred).
Familiarity with programming languages and tools such as Python, prompt engineering, JavaScript, or SQL is required.
Experience in machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, or generative AI through coursework, research, or internships is required.
Exposure to real-world applications of AI in healthcare or other industries is a plus (preferred).
Must possess clear communication skills, critical thinking, and a growth mindset (preferred).
