As an Early Careers Software Engineer in the Software Engineer Program, you will join a global development experience to contribute to high-impact technology projects. You will design, develop, test, and troubleshoot software solutions while collaborating with engineers and stakeholders to deliver reliable results. You will solve complex technical problems by breaking work into steps and iterating based on feedback within a modern engineering environment.

What we're looking for
Be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or a 5th-year Master’s degree with an expected graduation between July 2026 and June 2027.
Have graduated by June 2027 and be available to start full-time employment in July 2027.
Have streams and specializations in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, or a related field.
Have experience designing, developing, testing, and troubleshooting software solutions as part of an engineering team.
Demonstrate proficiency writing secure, high-quality code in at least one programming language following established standards.
Apply automation and modern tooling to improve consistency across the software development life cycle.
Use approved AI development tools for drafting, refactoring, testing, and documentation while remaining accountable for output quality.
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical concepts and collaborate across teams.
