What you'll do

Lead meetings with customers to understand business needs and define technical requirements.
Implement technical solutions and project tasks according to defined quality standards and processes.
Manage project schedules, risks, and dependencies while delivering against the Work Breakdown Structure.
Participate in the pre-sale process by providing subject matter expertise to scope projects.
Create and maintain intellectual property content and identify areas for new content development.
Identify opportunities to accelerate the adoption and consumption of cloud and Microsoft technologies.
Proactively manage customer relationships to identify satisfaction drivers and establish recovery actions.
Maintain up-to-date skills and certifications in Microsoft Exchange, Teams, and M365 environments.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field.
1+ year(s) of work experience in a relevant area of business or equivalent experience.
Active U.S. Government Top Secret/SCI Polygraph Security Clearance.
Ability to pass a Microsoft Cloud background check.
3+ years of work experience in a relevant area of business (preferred).
Technical certifications based on domain/service line such as Azure, Security, or Dynamics (preferred).
Experience with Microsoft Exchange (on-prem and Online), Teams, Skype, O/M365, and X3/X5/X7 environments (preferred).
Experience with secure collaboration, Exchange architecture, and operations (preferred).
