Sr Cybersecurity Technology Consultant-CTJ-Poly joins the Microsoft Security team as a technical expert focused on designing, implementing, and operationalizing enterprise cybersecurity solutions within classified or mission-sensitive federal environments. Serve as a technical advisor to customer security leadership regarding Microsoft’s Zero Trust security stack.
Translate mission and compliance requirements into secure Microsoft platform architectures for customers.
Provide technical leadership across multi-domain deployments including identity, endpoint, cloud, data, and security operations.
Influence enterprise-level security design decisions through architecture reviews, threat modeling, and risk-based discussions.
Integrate Microsoft security services into hybrid or multi-cloud mission environments.

Mentor consultants and develop reusable delivery intellectual property and reference architectures for the consulting community.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
3+ years of leadership experience in a relevant area of business or equivalent experience.
Must possess an active U.S. Government Top Secret clearance with SCI and a Polygraph.
Must be a U.S. citizen to meet legal requirements for federal government support.
Experience aligning Microsoft security capabilities to federal compliance frameworks like NIST 800-53, RMF, or Zero Trust Architecture (preferred).
Experience supporting security architecture design or assessment activities contributing to system Authorization to Operate (ATO) (preferred).
Relevant Microsoft security certifications (e.g., SC-100, AZ-500) or industry certifications like CISSP, CCSP, or GIAC (preferred).
Hands-on delivery or architectural leadership in Microsoft security domains such as Identity, Endpoint, Threat Protection, Cloud Security, or Information Protection (preferred).
