What you'll do

Own, troubleshoot, and solve complex technical issues for customers.
Identify technical, business, and security risks in programs and propose mitigations.
Develop project documents, including Work Breakdown Structures and risk assessments.
Map customer requirements to the adoption and optimization of Microsoft technology solutions.
Lead meetings with customers and partners to understand and define business needs.
Manage escalations and coordinate internal resources to resolve issues while maintaining a security-first mindset.
Implement solutions and provide leadership on workstreams across multiple domains.
Communicate the business value of planned solutions to customers and partners.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field OR equivalent experience.
3+ years of leadership experience in a relevant area of business OR equivalent experience.
Must possess an active U.S. Government Top Secret /SCI Security Clearance.
Must be a U.S. citizen as required by legal restrictions for supporting government customers.
Must be able to pass a Microsoft Cloud background check.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Azure Powershell, Python, Ansible, or Go (preferred).
Experience in deploying networking monitoring tools (preferred).
Working knowledge of network design and protocols (preferred).
