  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support proposals and RFP responses for customer success.
  • Stay informed on DHS/Civilian sector priorities, budgets, and cloud adoption trends.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of technology sales management experience in cloud infrastructure or enterprise technology solutions.
  • Proven success leading high-performing sales teams in complex, regulated environments like U.S. federal government sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and execute strategic sales plans that meet revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of Federal procurement processes, contract vehicles, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Technology Cloud offerings preferred.
