Senior Technology Architect Analyst

What you'll do

• Define software and hardware requirements to support architectural planning and delivery.
• Implement strategies to enhance application user interfaces for optimal usability.
• Conduct impact analyses to assess how business requirements affect system architecture.
• Perform design, code, and test reviews to ensure alignment with architectural standards.
• Provide architecture quality assurance reviews for proposals and ongoing projects.
• Support technology solutioning, estimating, planning, and pricing activities for proposals.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in Amazon Connect and AWS Lambda administration.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2+ years experience working with Amazon Connect.
• Minimum 2+ years experience working with AWS Lambda Administration.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in one of the predominant contact center platforms, such as AWS, Genesys, Microsoft, Google, or Cisco.
• Bachelor's degree, or a combination of an Associate’s Degree and at least 6 years of work experience, or 12 years of work experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in Applications Architecture (preferred).
• Intermediate proficiency in AWS Lambda (preferred).
• Intermediate proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure Design (preferred).
• Intermediate proficiency in System Integration (preferred).
