Senior Information Technology Operations Analyst

What you'll do

• Execute core IT processes including system maintenance, patching, monitoring, and asset lifecycle management.
• Ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational runbooks.
• Monitor operational controls for system access, asset management, and security compliance.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and evidence for regulatory and internal audits.
• Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and drive continuous process improvement or automation.
• Track and report key operational metrics such as SLAs, uptime, and compliance status.
• Perform root cause analysis for incidents to provide insights for system improvements.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal engineering teams to ensure reliable service delivery.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years in Information Technology operations or service delivery roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Experience in LabIT environments.
• Experience in regulated environments (GxP preferred).
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar tools.
• Experience with reporting and analytics.
• Basic automation/scripting knowledge (preferred).
• ITIL familiarity (preferred).
