What you'll do

What we're looking for

Have 2+ years of experience in multi-channel technical support at a SaaS company.
Have previous experience in a Premium or Enterprise technical support role.
Fluent in written and spoken Japanese.
Possess some programming experience and basic knowledge of Linux.
Knowledgeable of current infrastructure and monitoring solutions and technologies.
Able to work a rotating schedule that requires weekend availability.
Ability to work from a Datadog office 3-5 days per week.
Self-motivated, detail-attentive, and a critical thinker with a client-centric approach.
