As a Technical Staff, Network Architect within the Engineering Technologist team, you will drive the development of next-generation large-scale AI infrastructure. What you'll do

Drive network and fabric design based on specific customer requirements and infrastructure needs.
Define network topologies optimized for large-scale AI training and inferencing workloads.
Lead end-to-end AI network architecture including GPU-to-GPU, server-storage, and optical designs.
Optimize network topology and configurations to maximize the performance of AI clusters.
Develop networking software and architectures that integrate with AI frameworks and applications.
Collaborate with external partners to create differentiated networking solutions.
Lead technology investigations to analyze industry capabilities and recommend potential acquisitions or partners.
Influence product architecture and definitions through technical insights and research.

What we're looking for

Expert understanding of switches, network-interface cards (NIC), Data Processing Units (DPU), and AI Fabrics.
Experience in AI framework integration including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Kubernetes for ML workloads.
Experience with data center network design and optical distribution.
Knowledge of networking protocol industry standards.
Customer and partner project leadership experience to assess requirements and develop technical solutions.
Ability to travel 20%-30% for the role.
15+ years of industry experience (preferred).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent skill (preferred).
Possess relationships with key suppliers of networking products (preferred).
