Technical Staff Data Center Architect

What you'll do

• Engage with high-profile AI customers to optimize infrastructure solutions for their specific applications.
• Architect end-to-end solutions from server to data center, including rack solutions and power distribution.
• Innovate power-centric solutions for increasingly dense IT environments.
• Optimize cost, energy efficiency, and performance from the IT level to the entire datacenter.
• Drive innovation in datacenter-level liquid cooling technologies and power density.
• Work with external partners to create and communicate differentiated solutions and complex datacenter concepts.
• Lead technology investigations to analyze industry capabilities and recommend potential acquisitions or vendor partners.
• Develop product strategies and generate intellectual property to influence product architecture and definitions.

What we're looking for

• 15+ years of professional experience in data center power distribution and thermal technologies from servers to the data hall.
• Solid understanding of and relationships with key suppliers of data center power and thermal management components.
• Ability to take a concept to customer production while understanding competitive and business needs to architect technical solutions.
• Experience negotiating competing interests and priorities to achieve the best possible outcome for all stakeholders.
• Ability to travel to assess customer requirements and develop blueprints with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering (Advanced degree highly preferred).
• Customer and partner project/program leadership experience (preferred).
