What you'll do

Advise customers on best practices for using MongoDB's cloud products.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MongoDB applications.
Create Knowledge Articles for the self-serve support portal.
Test new features before public release and develop internal/customer assets.
Advocate for customer needs by engaging with product teams regularly.
Mentor junior engineers in new or emerging product areas.

What we're looking for

Must have 5+ years of relevant experience in technical support or a related field.
Proficient with at least one cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Strong understanding of Linux, networking, and diagnostic tools.
Experience troubleshooting end-to-end technical issues in production environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB, Elasticsearch, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
B.Tech / B.S. degree or equivalent work experience preferred but not mandatory.
