What you'll do

Advise customers on complex MongoDB problems using deep technical expertise.

Analyze and troubleshoot database systems from application tier to storage level.
Maintain and optimize large-scale, complex database environments for efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and improve processes.

What we're looking for

Fluent in English and one or more languages: Bahasa Indonesia, Japanese, Korean, Thai.
Deep understanding of networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, SSL/TLS).
Experience with storage engineering including NAS, SAN, SSD, multi-pathing, caching.
Expertise in building and maintaining complex production database systems.
Ability to read code and basic coding/scripting skills in Java, Python, Ruby, C/C++, JavaScript, Go.
Holistic issue analysis from application tier through the database to storage.
Collaborative mindset with strong judgment on when to seek team assistance.
