What you'll do

Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues across application tiers, databases, and storage systems.

Script or code in languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, C++, JavaScript, Go for automation and problem-solving.
Provide weekend coverage and occasional off-hours support for 24/7 operations on a rotating basis.

What we're looking for

Must be a US Citizen and physically located in the United States.
Requires experience with networking concepts and protocols (DNS, TCP/IP, SSL/TLS).
Needs storage engineering expertise including NAS, SAN, SSD, multi-pathing, caching.
Should have experience building and maintaining complex production database systems.
Basic coding/scripting ability in languages like Java, Python, Ruby, C/C++, etc. required.
Ability to analyze issues holistically across application, database, and storage tiers.
