This role involves a hybrid work schedule with 9am-6pm hours from Tuesday to Saturday, including three in-office days per week, alongside occasional weekend coverage and volunteer shifts for special events.

What you'll do

Resolve complex customer challenges related to MongoDB architecture, performance, recovery, and security.
Serve as an expert resource on best practices for running MongoDB at various scales.
Advocate for customers' needs by interfacing with product management and development teams.
Provide weekend coverage alongside peers in a permanent work week (Tuesday to Saturday).
Volunteer for coverage outside normal work days or hours during certain events throughout the year.
Possess strong technical experience in systems administration, distributed systems, network administration, database architecture, application architecture, data design, performance tuning.

What we're looking for
