As a Technical Service & Development (TS&D) Engineer at DuPont™ Vespel®, you will collaborate with commercial, marketing, and operations teams to provide technical support for Aerospace & Defense accounts. Your daily tasks include offering product design recommendations, material selection guidance, and resolving customer complaints while driving new product development and qualification programs. You will also deliver training sessions and presentations, contribute to product literature, and publish technical papers. This role requires a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 8+ years of aerospace engineering experience, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and deep knowledge of polymer composite fabrication processes. Expertise in materials science and the ability to translate customer requirements into accurate drawings and quotes are essential.
