What you'll do

Support new product engineering during development and pre-production phases.
Assist in transitioning product lines from engineering to full production.
Set up and activate production lines for new products.
Conduct rework and recovery efforts on non-conforming hardware.
Maintain and upgrade high-integrity test lab (HITL) and vehicle fleet.
Provide detailed feedback to the engineering team on process improvements.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in manufacturing, mechanical builds, and equipment assembly/test.
Strong troubleshooting skills with hands-on experience in R&D and qualification testing.
Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently with minimal supervision.
Proficient in reading wiring schematics and interpreting assembly drawings.
Comfortable working in tight spaces and climbing ladders; willing to work all shifts.
Experience supporting engineering teams in development and production environments preferred.
