Technical Release Specialist

What you'll do

• Establish and maintain consistent, repeatable deployment practices to reduce risk and improve software quality.
• Implement structured release workflows to minimize production outages and business disruptions.
• Oversee comprehensive testing, validation, and risk assessments to protect the customer experience.
• Coordinate the scope of change, release details, and the generation of necessary documentation.
• Maintain clear rollback plans to enable rapid recovery from deployment issues.
• Plan and schedule environment refreshes and manage sandbox creation to support development and QA.
• Define and communicate production deployment windows to minimize business impact.
• Deliver accurate and timely insight reporting on key release metrics to stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Business Technology (preferred).
• 4-6 years of progressive software development experience.
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce deployment experience.
• Experience managing application change delivery in an agile environment.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Framework, Apex, SOQL, and Visualforce.
• Experience with Copado, version control systems (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, and JavaScript.
• Salesforce certifications (preferred).
