What you'll do

Act as the senior technical lead for the GPS Salesforce platform, owning solution design and engineering standards.
Develop scalable enterprise solutions using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
Translate business requirements into secure Salesforce solutions while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.
Architect custom data models, including objects, relationships, sharing rules, and field-level security.
Implement event-driven and API-based integrations using REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs with middleware like MuleSoft.
Lead ETL, data migration, and large-volume data processing initiatives to ensure data quality and accuracy.
Own CI/CD pipelines and source-driven development using GitHub Actions and enterprise DevOps best practices.
Build and configure AI agents and intelligent workflows using Salesforce AI capabilities.

What we're looking for

7+ years of professional software development engineering experience and hands-on Salesforce development experience.
4+ years of experience delivering complex enterprise Salesforce implementations, including integrations and platform customization.
4+ years of hands-on experience with Git-based source control and CI/CD pipelines.
3+ years of experience with programming languages including Apex, Core Java, and JavaScript.
3+ years of experience with tools such as Force.com IDE, Apex Data Loader, and ANT (AutoRABIT preferred).
1+ years of Salesforce Lightning web component development experience.
1+ years of experience in Agentforce building AI agents.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience).
