Technical Quality Assurance Professional I

What you'll do

• Develop test plans, use cases, and scenarios based on business and functional requirements.
• Execute manual and automated tests for new features and existing application functionality.
• Build and maintain automated test scripts using C# .NET and existing frameworks.
• Write and run SQL queries to validate data and troubleshoot defects.
• Document, report, and track defects through resolution using management tools.
• Evaluate and recommend updates to the automation framework to improve coverage and efficiency.

What we're looking for

• Must have 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance testing for web, application, or financial technology products.
• Must have 4+ years of experience creating test plans, cases, and scenarios from business and functional requirements.
• Must have 4+ years of experience developing or supporting automated test solutions using C# .NET or a similar object-oriented language.
• Must have 4+ years of experience writing SQL queries to validate application data and troubleshoot results.
• Must have 4+ years of experience using test management and defect tracking tools to document execution and track resolution.
• Must have 4+ years of experience communicating test status, risks, and defects to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required.
