The Network Security & Cyber Resilience Project Manager - Assistant Vice President joins the Global Network Services team to deliver secure, resilient, and scalable network services. This role involves partnering with Network Security Engineering to shape and deliver solutions including Zero Trust, network segmentation, network access control, firewall governance, and secure connectivity. You will translate complex engineering concepts and security requirements into executable delivery plans, managing the end-to-end lifecycle from concept and technical design through implementation and operational readiness. Key responsibilities include identifying network security weaknesses, driving remediation, and managing global infrastructure programs. Required expertise includes Cisco, Check Point, F5, firewalls, proxies, routing, and NAC. Candidates should possess a degree in Computer Science or Engineering and demonstrate proficiency in cyber security solution delivery and technology risk management.
Partner with Network Security Engineering to develop new solutions like Zero Trust, network segmentation, and firewall governance.
Own end-to-end delivery from initial concept and business case through implementation and transition to operations.

Proactively identify network security weaknesses by assessing control gaps, vulnerability trends, and architectural risks.
Drive remediation of security weaknesses by prioritizing tasks, aligning ownership, and tracking delivery to closure.

What we're looking for
University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or a related discipline.
Strong technical understanding of network security technologies including Cisco, Check Point, F5, firewalls, proxies, routing, and NAC.
Deep knowledge of cyber security solution delivery, secure design principles, technology risk management, and weakness remediation.
Experience delivering complex global infrastructure and network security solution programs from concept to production implementation.
Proven ability to manage complex technical delivery across network engineering, security architecture, operations, vendors, and global stakeholder groups.
Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and optimize workflows while ensuring ethical use of data.
Professional project or program management certification such as PMI, PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, or equivalent (preferred).
Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CCSP, GIAC, or equivalent (preferred).
