Technical Project Manager - Senior Lead Software Engineer

What you'll do

• Provide technical coaching and oversight for a team of entry-level to mid-level software engineers.
• Set and scale operating practices for AI-assisted engineering and SDLC automation across multiple teams.
• Establish measurable expectations for throughput, defect reduction, reliability, and security across the development lifecycle.
• Apply knowledge of SDLC toolchains to drive efficiency and support capacity unlock initiatives.
• Manage team resources, budgets, tactical operations, and the implementation of internal processes.
• Identify and mitigate issues to execute a book of work while escalating risks as necessary.
• Provide leadership with technical insights to improve operational efficiencies and functionality.
• Refine requirements and designs to comply with established patterns in cash architecture.

What we're looking for

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
• 2+ years of experience leading technologists to manage and solve complex technical items within a domain of expertise.
• Strong technical background with prior hands-on software engineering experience in coding, designing, and building.
• Technical Program and Project management experience managing timelines, backlogs, and dependencies across stakeholder groups.
• Technical and Functional analysis and design skills to refine requirements and designs for cash architecture.
• Experience leading multi-team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools and defining governance.
• In-depth knowledge of the services industry and their IT systems.
• Practical cloud native experience.
• Experience working at code level (preferred).
