Technical Project Manager

What you'll do

• Execute a high volume of customer implementations including direct coordination and technical task execution.
• Educate clients on product features, configuration options, and issue triage.
• Maintain detailed records of project timelines to inform financial and capacity forecasting.
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively to ensure successful delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for escalating issues to engineering and support teams.
• Design and execute implementation plans and documentation to deploy Q2 solutions.
• Improve internal workflows and documentation to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

What we're looking for

• Must have 3+ years of experience with an advanced degree or 5+ years of experience with an undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
• Must be fluent in written and oral English.
• Experience building documentation and client-facing materials is required.
• Experience using project management and support tools such as Jira, Confluence, Zendesk, or Salesforce is required.
• Familiarity with enterprise software architecture, SaaS environments, APIs, and technical integration workflows (preferred).
• Preferred background in fintech, banking technology, or developer-focused platforms (preferred).
