Technical Project Manager

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end planning, execution, and status reporting across multiple concurrent product and engineering workstreams.
• Track project scope, schedules, resources, risks, and dependencies to keep multi-disciplinary programs on track.
• Facilitate sprint planning, milestone reviews, and retrospectives in partnership with engineering and product leads.
• Build and maintain project infrastructure including dashboards, status reports, action logs, and risk registers.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans with clear milestones, owners, and timing.
• Align product, engineering, finance, and go-to-market stakeholders around shared priorities and execution plans.
• Communicate technical progress as clear operational updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage escalations by identifying risks early and resolving issues before they become blockers.

What we're looking for

• Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience with an advanced degree or 5 years of experience with an undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
• Experience using project management and support tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Salesforce is required.
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
• Proficiency in fluent written and oral communication in English is required.
• A preferred background exists in fintech, banking technology, or developer-focused platforms.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-team programs with accountability for delivery outcomes is required.
• Candidates must be able to influence stakeholders across product, engineering, and business teams without direct authority.
• Experience managing project infrastructure including dashboards, status reports, action logs, and risk registers is required.
