What you'll do

  • Manage end-to-end technical projects from proof-of-concept to final implementation using Agile methodologies.

  • Orchestrate enterprise media asset management (MAM) and AWS cloud storage architectures.
  • Integrate legal, security, and privacy review cycles into project timelines and stakeholder communications.
  • Utilize AI tools and LLMs to automate data pipelines and generate business insights.
  • Manage large-scale studio projects while maintaining technical excellence and standard development tracks.
  • Triage service requests and manage SLAs using ITSM platforms like Zendesk or ServiceNow.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of embedded technical support in film and TV production.
  • 5+ years of project management experience within large-scale studio and VFX environments.
  • 5+ years of experience with cloud storage architectures for engineering teams.
  • Experience in enterprise MAM orchestration and AWS cloud storage architectures (preferred).
  • Experience managing end-to-end technical projects using Agile methodologies (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making (preferred).
  • Expertise in translating creative needs into actionable technical requirements while owning client relationships (preferred).
