What you'll do

  • Manage the end-to-end planning, scheduling, and execution of international system deployments for undersea domain awareness.
  • Maintain real-time program schedules, risk registers, and action item burndowns in Jira to ensure visibility across all stakeholders.
  • Drive technical alignment between hardware, software, and systems engineering teams to meet specific customer requirements.
  • Deliver technical briefings and program status reviews to international customers and senior leadership.
  • Coordinate international logistics for hardware shipments, including export compliance and customs coordination.
  • Translate complex customer requirements into actionable engineering tasks and operational context for product teams.
  • Manage contract amendment processes, milestone payment tracking, and deliverable acceptance with customers.
  • Serve as the single point of accountability for deployment readiness and develop recovery plans for any issues.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of technical program management experience, preferably in defense, maritime, or aerospace.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage international customer engagements and deployments in high-stakes environments.
  • Strong technical foundation in systems architecture, integration challenges, and hardware/software trade-offs.
  • Experience building and presenting technical briefings to senior military and government stakeholders.
  • Track record of managing complex, multi-team schedules with interdependent milestones and hard deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Jira for program scheduling, sprint management, and milestone tracking.
  • Experience with export control processes (ITAR/EAR) and international logistics.
  • Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes, contract structures, and milestone-based deliverables.
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 25%-40% for demonstrations.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • Experience in undersea warfare, autonomous systems, or maritime ISR programs (preferred).
  • Background in systems engineering or test & evaluation (preferred).
  • Experience working with Indo-Pacific partner nations (preferred).
  • Experience with Confluence for documentation and product baseline management (preferred).
  • Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance (preferred).
