What we're looking for
Must have 4+ years of experience managing technical programs in high-paced, mission-critical software development environments.
Must be eligible to hold a US Top Secret clearance.

Must demonstrate the ability to identify, escalate, and resolve critical path issues while maintaining release integrity.
Must possess exceptional communication skills to engage in technical discussions and translate details for diverse audiences.
Must have a data-driven and analytical mindset to use metrics for decision-making and process improvement.
Experience with release management, CI/CD pipelines, and advanced software build systems is preferred.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
