What you'll do

  • Lead the coordination of test infrastructure readiness and milestones for new global manufacturing sites.
  • Manage secure network connectivity between internal systems and external manufacturing locations.
  • Develop and maintain annual and quarterly spending forecasts for manufacturing test equipment.
  • Build capacity and cost models to support both new product introductions and sustaining products.
  • Drive programs to identify, remediate, and close security gaps in global manufacturing infrastructure.
  • Manage cross-functional initiatives including infrastructure modernization and operating system transitions.
  • Create scalable processes, dashboards, and automated workflows to improve operational efficiency.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and technical recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • Must have 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, technical operations, infrastructure, manufacturing, or data analysis.
  • Experience managing complex programs with multiple cross-functional stakeholders is required.
  • Must be able to define scope, develop plans and schedules, manage dependencies, and identify risks for technical projects.
  • Required experience working with technical teams including infrastructure, networking, systems engineering, cybersecurity, and manufacturing/hardware engineering.
  • Strong analytical skills are required to develop and maintain operational models, forecasts, dashboards, or scorecards.
  • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate status and risks to both technical and business audiences.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive execution without direct organizational authority is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, PMP/Scrum certification, or experience with hardware manufacturing and cybersecurity are preferred.
