What you'll do

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong experience building and managing project plans, schedules, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
  • Experience supporting new product development or other complex technical programs.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and build consensus across teams with competing priorities.
  • Experience in the semiconductor industry or a similar complex new product development environment (preferred).
  • Experience working within a phase-gate product development process (preferred).
