You will serve as the central coordination point for machine availability metrics, monitoring uptime, downtime, MTBF, and MTTR to identify risks and improvement opportunities. Your daily responsibilities include developing performance dashboards, facilitating technical reviews, and driving cross-functional action plans with hardware, process, manufacturing, and quality teams. You will translate performance data into actionable plans while leading root cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring failure mechanisms. The role requires expertise in tools like Power BI, Tableau, JMP, and SQL to create executive-level reporting. What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Business, or a related technical discipline.
12+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, Reliability Engineering, Product Support, or related fields.
Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional programs in semiconductor equipment, manufacturing, or other highly technical industries.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience driving programs and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Experience with semiconductor wafer fabrication equipment (preferred).
Knowledge of reliability, maintainability, performance improvement, root cause analysis, FMEA, 8D, or data-driven dashboard tools like Power BI/Tableau (preferred).
