Technical Program Manager V

What you'll do

• Manage the development of Services Served Available Market (SAM) based on installed base and process flows.
• Develop and manage tool services performance databases to inform program schedules and deliverables.
• Analyze data and report results to drive strategic decision-making for product roadmaps.
• Implement automation to improve business analytics and operational efficiency.
• Lead change management initiatives to ensure the long-term success of sustainable programs.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders to align on process improvements and project goals.
• Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously within a dynamic, high-growth environment.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years experience, Master's with 8+ years, or PhD with 5+ years in the semiconductor industry.
• Excellent understanding of semiconductor process flow for NAND, DRAM, and logic devices.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams with demonstrated leadership and influence skills to deliver results.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills for audiences at all levels.
• Exposure to wafer fabrication equipment, specifically etch and deposition tools (preferred).
• Deep knowledge of Semiconductor fabrication, Equipment Operations, or related industries (preferred).
• Expert knowledge of Program Management methods and Product Development & Release procedures (preferred).
• Experience with advanced data analysis tools like VBA, SQL, Tableau, or project management software (preferred).
