What you'll do

Drive the architectural alignment and technical strategy for global payment infrastructure objectives.
Manage complex technical dependencies and cross-functional engineering roadmaps to ensure robust delivery.
Improve scalability and system resilience within the global payment network engineering lifecycle.
Identify and mitigate technical risks proactively throughout the entire delivery life-cycle.
Simplify complex technical concepts to drive well-educated decisions across product, engineering, and data science teams.
Secure commitments on deliverables and unblock teams to achieve measurable business impact.
Establish and teach the TPM discipline to the organization using industry knowledge and experience.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree or military experience.
At least 5 years of experience in technical program management.
Strong technical background in building highly scalable platforms, products, or services.
Exceptional communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for product, engineering, design, and data science teams.
5+ years of experience designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing (preferred).
3+ years of experience building distributed systems and highly available services using cloud computing/AWS (preferred).
3+ years of experience with Agile delivery and delivering large, complex programs (preferred).
