What you'll do

Lead programs to deliver large-scale products and platforms that meet critical business goals.
Own the operational framework for program execution, including dependency mapping and risk escalation.
Partner with engineering leaders to influence technical decisions regarding scalability and maintainability.
Establish program-wide visibility through metrics, dashboards, and executive communication cadences.
Drive alignment between product strategy and engineering capabilities across multiple stakeholders.
Define and teach the TPM discipline to the organization using industry knowledge and experience.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field.
At least 5 years of experience managing technical programs.
5+ years of experience designing and building solutions using distributed computing or service oriented architecture (preferred).
3+ years of experience building distributed systems and highly available services using cloud computing services, preferably AWS (preferred).
3+ years of experience building highly scalable products and platforms (preferred).
3+ years of experience with Agile delivery (preferred).
3+ years of experience delivering large and complex programs (preferred).
Experience in building systems and solutions within a highly regulated environment (preferred).
