Technical Product Manager

What you'll do

• Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.
• Create wireframes, functional designs, and detailed product requirements.
• Communicate actionable requirements to engineering teams to guide development.
• Distill pharmaceutical industry trends into specific product features.
• Provide second-tier customer support for product questions and enhancement requests.
• Design, implement, and iterate on product features using agile methodologies.
• Manage and improve technical aspects of the product using database languages like SQL.
• Act as a product evangelist for customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
• Must possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Must have experience coding, specifically with database languages like SQL or SAS.
• Must have a track record of creating and delivering software.
• Must possess expert verbal and written communication skills to express complex ideas to various stakeholders.
• Must be able to quickly grasp complex business processes and data flows.
• Must be able to provide simple, elegant solutions to hard business problems.
• Experience in SaaS-delivered enterprise solutions (preferred).
• Experience in Life Sciences (preferred).
• Experience with Data related products (preferred).
• A Computer Science Degree (preferred).
