What you'll do

Design and develop AI product features for the Veeva QualityDocs and Training platforms.
Build production AI Agent applications including data flow design, orchestration, and prompt engineering.
Collaborate with engineering and UX teams to automate key business processes using AI technologies.
Conduct evaluations for AI Agent performance and functionality.
Present feature capabilities and value propositions to both internal and external stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Must have 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS product management, engineering, or technical consulting.
Must have at least 2+ years of experience focused on AI/ML applications.
Must possess coding skills in Python and hands-on experience with AI Frameworks and APIs.
Must have a strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI/ML concepts.
Must be able to design data flows, select algorithms, and manage model integrations.
Must be based in or within one hour of the Eastern Time zone.
Must be able to travel 20% for work.
Experience in life sciences, regulated industries, or as a data scientist/engineer is preferred.
