What you'll do

Design and develop AI agents to extract information from documents and map them as structured data.
Build production AI Agent applications including data flow design, orchestration, and prompt engineering.
Partner with engineering and UX teams to automate key business processes using AI technologies.
Conduct evaluations for AI Agent performance and accuracy.
Present feature capabilities and value propositions to both internal and external stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Must have 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS product management, engineering, or technical consulting.
Must have at least 2+ years of experience focused on AI/ML applications.
Must possess coding skills in Python and hands-on experience with AI Frameworks and APIs.
Must have a strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
Must be able to demonstrate expertise in data flow design, algorithm selection, and model integration.
Must be based in or within one hour of the Eastern Time zone.
Must be able to travel 20% for work purposes.
Experience in data science, machine learning, life sciences, or regulated industries is preferred.
