What you'll do

Design and develop AI product features for the Veeva QualityDocs and Training platforms.
Build production AI Agent applications including data flow design, orchestration, and prompt engineering.
Partner with engineering and UX teams to automate key business processes using AI technologies.
Conduct evaluations of AI Agent performance and capabilities.
Present feature capabilities and value propositions to both internal and external stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Must have 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS product management, engineering, or technical consulting.
Must have at least 2+ years of experience focused on AI/ML applications.
Must possess coding skills in Python and hands-on experience with AI Frameworks and APIs.
Must have a strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI/ML concepts.
Must be able to demonstrate expertise in data flow design, algorithm selection, and model integration.
Must be based in or within one hour of the Eastern Time zone.
Must be able to travel 20% for work.
Experience in life sciences, data science, or building products for regulated industries (preferred).
