What you'll do

Lead concurrent projects supporting Windows Desktop Engineering, Endpoint Management, and Workplace Mobility initiatives.
Develop and manage project charters, roadmaps, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Establish project governance frameworks and ensure adherence to organizational project management standards.
Drive project execution from initiation through implementation, transition, and operational handoff.
Facilitate project reviews, steering committee sessions, and executive status updates.
Use metrics and root-cause analysis to identify systemic risks and process gaps.
Employ AI and generative technologies to automate manual program management tasks.
Codify operating procedures to elevate execution excellence across the organization.

What we're looking for

5+ years of Project or Program Management experience in enterprise IT environments.
2+ years managing Windows Desktop Engineering or Endpoint Management initiatives.
Demonstrated success leading large-scale enterprise technology transformation programs.
Experience managing geographically distributed and cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Hybrid project methodologies.
Ability to write queries, build dashboards, and compose templates.
Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Tableau or Power BI (preferred).
PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent certification (preferred).
