What you'll do

Lead concurrent projects supporting Windows Desktop Engineering, Endpoint Management, and Workplace Mobility initiatives.
Develop and manage project charters, roadmaps, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Establish project governance frameworks and ensure adherence to organizational management standards.
Drive project execution from initial initiation through implementation and operational handoff.
Facilitate steering committee sessions and provide executive status updates on program progress.
Use metrics and root-cause analysis to identify systemic risks and process gaps.
Integrate AI and generative technologies to automate manual program management tasks.
Codify operating procedures to improve execution excellence across the organization.

What we're looking for

Must have 5+ years of Project or Program Management experience in enterprise IT environments.
Must have 2+ years of experience managing Windows Desktop Engineering or Endpoint Management initiatives.
Must demonstrate success leading large-scale enterprise technology transformation programs.
Must be able to manage geographically distributed and cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Hybrid project methodologies is required.
Ability to write queries, build dashboards, and use analytics platforms like Tableau or Power BI is preferred.
PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent certification is preferred.
Must possess strong executive presence and communication skills for stakeholder management and reporting.
