Application Engineer III

What you'll do

• Set up and deploy optimized data collection plans and non-wafer data models.
• Connect new tools with the AIX server and deploy TE models for complex applications.
• Implement TE deployment plans and operational models at new service agreement sites.
• Provide 2nd level TechEdge support to existing sites and technical support to remote team members.
• Interface with internal and external customers to resolve engineering issues involving advanced analytics and FDC products.
• Utilize AIX reporting functions and canned strategies to solve complex problems and deliver solutions.
• Deploy common service platform (CSP) solutions with minimal guidance.

What we're looking for

• Requires 2 to 4 years of experience.
• Requires in-depth knowledge and experience with TE applications for setting up and deploying AIX Analytics.
• Requires Field Operation experience and a good understanding of customer operational models and FSO Account Team service business.
• Requires in-depth knowledge of advanced analytics, FDC, and applications.
• Requires ability to deploy common service platform (CSP) with minimal guidance.
• Requires expertise across at least one BU and understanding of customer HVP’s.
• Requires experience in high volume 300mm and or Display manufacturing (preferred).
• Requires process knowledge on at least one tool type (preferred).
• Requires a Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline (preferred).
