Tech Business Analyst Senior

What you'll do

• Perform business and project analysis for medium to large initiatives using Waterfall or Agile frameworks.
• Maintain and enhance processes, workflows, and access controls within the Archer GRC platform.
• Translate business requirements into conceptual, logical, and physical data models and system configurations.
• Conduct workshops for requirements elicitation and create detailed documentation for business capabilities.
• Develop analysis work plans, estimate activity timelines, and manage project expenditures.
• Manage the full lifecycle of IT investments, including portfolio planning and performance analysis.
• Identify opportunities to optimize IT portfolio performance to lower costs and provide competitive advantages.
• Provide training, mentoring, and work direction to other team members.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or a related field.
• Associate's degree in computer science or a related field with 2 years of relevant work experience.
• High school diploma or GED with 4 years of relevant work experience.
• 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Waterfall and Agile frameworks (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with detailed requirements gathering and the development of technology solutions (preferred).
• General understanding of technologies such as integrated risk management/Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) applications (preferred).
